Pilot-operated, balanced-piston relief cartridges are pressure regulating valves that provide precise, quiet, and efficient flow control. These valves are closed when not in use and open gradually to regulate pressure when the inlet pressure reaches the valve setting.
The valves are capable of handling maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi and require only 5 clockwise turns for adjustment from minimum to maximum setting. Install using a 7/8 inch valve hex size and a torque of 30-35 lbf ft. Adjustments are made using a 5/32 inch internal hex size screw and a 9/16 inch locknut. Locknut torque should be 80-90 lbf in.
