In-Stock, non-freight items, usually ship via UPS Ground within 24 hours. However, daily order volume may affect shipping times. Factory-direct items ship promptly (usually within 7-10 business days) from our manufacturer's stock, although some items may take longer, FOB point(s) as indicated. We ship Monday through Friday and orders received during weekends and holidays are shipped during the next business day. Shipping and handling will be billed FOB shipping point and added to your invoice.

Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping for orders $200 or more on our online store. However, please note the following exception:
- Any heavy or oversized products that have to be shipped truck freight are excluded from this offer.

If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with the next-earliest shipping date. At that point, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel it from your order.
All orders with expedited shipping methods need to be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern time to guarantee next day delivery. Saturday is not considered a week day for delivery. Anything ordered Friday would be delivered on the next business day. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt our UPS services.
Products weighing in excess of 150 lbs. may be delivered by motor freight. Expedited shipping is not available with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, and freight companies do not guarantee delivery dates. Shipping charges will be quoted when you place your order. In some cases, shipping charges may need to be recalculated after your order is placed. We will contact you with the changes in freight charges before going forward with your order. Some shipments containing hazardous items are subject to additional shipping charges.
Unless otherwise requested by a customer, goods will be shipped via carriers of our choice with shipping and handling charges prepaid and added to the invoice. It is always recommended that customers check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier.
We proudly serve customers across the United States. For our international customers, we recommend contacting Battelini Wrecker Sales Customer Service at (856) 697-5250 ext.204 to place your order. For international orders or shipments to a freight forwarder, we may request a money order for faster processing.
For our Canadian customers, Battelini Wrecker Sales operates as a Non-Resident Importer. This allows us to offer seamless online ordering for UPS Ground shipments to Canada at a single, all-inclusive price. There are no surprise fees after your parcel ships. UPS Ground shipments include customs pre-approval, expedited clearance for Battelini Wrecker Sales products, and door-to-door shipping with tracking. All duties, fees, taxes, and shipping charges are covered in the initial invoice.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item you have received, please complete our or contact our Returns Department at (856) 697-5250 ext.204
All orders received require immediate review by the customer for any damage or loss of product. Such errors need to be reported within 10 days of delivery and will require photographs of said damage/loss.
All new and unused returns must be reported within 45 days by calling in, filling out the Return Form or notifying us by email. Special order parts, discontinued items, electronic parts, customized apparel, custom-made products/accessories and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Battelini Wrecker Sales will send a UPS label on all returns, unless determined otherwise. The label fees for situations where the customer had ordered incorrectly will be deducted upon receipt and crediting of that return. All products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
If an item is accepted for a return, you may receive full credit, minus the price of the call tag when applicable. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Certain conditions, including a restocking fee, may apply. Orders shipped to international addresses do not qualify for returns.
Submit a return request
To submit a return request go to your account page, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. You will only be able to request a return after the order has been fulfilled. If you want to cancel before, email the Parts Department so that we can quickly process your request

1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Warranties
Parts Warranties
In some cases, parts do have a manufacturers' warranty associated with them. All warranties offered with a part are between the manufacturer and the purchaser. If you need assistance in obtaining your part or accessory manufacturer warranty, you may contact our Customer Service Department at (856) 697-5250 ext.204. No warranty is offered by Battelini Wrecker Sales.
