SafeAll's Snatch Blocks serve as essential tools for rigging and recovery in a variety of industries. The combination of a pulley, sheaves, and swivel hook allows for a critical pivot point, altering the direction or angle of a pull, and increasing winch capacity under load. These snatch blocks are strength-tested for durability and can be used in off-road recoveries, towing scenarios, and material handling. They are also compatible with both synthetic line and wire rope.
With pulling capacities ranging from 4 to 8 tons, each snatch block is dual labeled with its Working Load Limit and acceptable rope size. Featuring bronze bushings and a grease zerk for regular maintenance and rust resistance, these snatch blocks are made from high-quality materials. They consist of a single pulley or sheave, protected by two outer teardrop-shaped side plates. A release pin with a cotter key holds the plates together over the pulley, and both can be removed to insert the winch line
