The B/A Steel Core Wire Rope, can also be referred to as a winch line, winch cable, wrecker cable, car carrier cable, or rollback cable. Made with Extra Improved Plow Steel, these winch cables offer increased strength and flexibility. Steel core winch cables have a higher nominal strength and crush resistance compared to fiber core, but may not be as flexible. For added security, these winch cables feature an Alloy Self-Locking Swivel Hook that prevents opening under load. The swivel hook also allows for rotation of the cable during reeling, resulting in better wrapping and laying on the drum.
